Global SBS is a joint venture co***ny of China between a British co***ny (SBS) and a local Chinese co***ny(Huaxia Rubber) specializes in production of rubber sidewall belt.
The application is for vertical or steep angle material handling on conveyor system from underground to the land,
especially whenever there is strict requirement of utilisation of ***ce.
Obviously it has the advantage of cost saving to replace the traditional long flat conveyor system.
We can supply the sidewall belt with competitive price and high quality.
Most of our product specification are absorbed from Europe.
Our product are fully proved by end user that the quality is relliable in steel works, cement plant, power plant, ship unloader, port, etc.
Beside that we fully assemble the sidewall and cleat by hot vulcanization onto base belt which gives much higher adhesion value than cold bonding way.
We can produce the sidewall belt width from 300 mm to 2200 mm.
The sidewall height is from 40 mm to 500 mm and the matchable cleats are available.
Normal standard abrasion resistant grade, heat resistant grade , flame retardant grade and oil resistant grade belt are also available.
